Seven Maltese companies exploring the Middle East market through TradeMalta

TradeMalta is assisting seven companies involved in the Food and Beverage sector participate in the biggest Food exhibition in the Middle East, Gulfood.

The exhibition is a gathering of over five thousand (5000) food manufacturers, traders and experts, attracting around a hundred thousand (100,000) visitors who meet in Dubai to source the latest products and services and discuss the global food and beverage industry.

Four Maltese companies manufacturers are exhibiting their products, ranging from snacks, to condiments and sauces as well as pastries in a Malta pavilion while three more manufacturing companies are visiting the fair and participating in the various seminars.

Gulfood, hosting people from over 150 countries, opened its doors on Sunday 16th February and will close on Thursday 20th.  The five days of Gulfood are expected to be a hive of activity including an innovation summit, a chief’s tour, a future zone and a start-up area, apart from numerous seminars and a host of networking events.

TradeMalta, the public private partnership whose aim is to assist Malta-based companies to succeed in international markets, is stepping up its efforts in the Middle East with a series of exhibitions, trade missions and other interventions planned for 2020 and 2021.
